What do you think about when you work ?

The sea, cooking and German pop art.

There’s a pragmatic aspect to your work, what can you tell us about it ?

Well, I just really like things that are practical to live with. I like things that don’t need too much care nor too much means. I like to travel light.

What’s your favorite dish ?

I love pot au feu. Simple yet can be use to make so many other dishes. I love anything that can be multiple things at once.
